We are Nibley Leaves, we have been producing pesticide-free salad leaves on our smallholding in Nibley for the last 4 years, supplying restaurants and shops in Bristol and South Glos.

As our restaurant custom has currently disappeared due to Covid-19, we are setting up community hubs to sell fresh, local salad to customers directly. We have launched three successful hubs in Bristol and would like to try the scheme in Iron Acton, as it's only a mile or so from where the food is produced.

Hopefully you'll have spotted the little flyer that came through your door on Monday. This directs you to our online shop where you can order small or large salad bags, or Taunton Deane kale.

We deliver to a drop-off point by 3pm every Monday. The Iron Acton drop-off will be at the Lamb Inn, where we'll leave a coolbox in the covered smoking area to the right of the main door, with the week's orders inside.

You can make one-off orders, or set up a regular subscription so that you don't need to re-order each week.

We hope you'll enjoy our salads: they vary season-to-season, but always include an average of 15 different leaves and edible flowers.
